Forums: Redesigned and Open for Business

Friday March 28, 2008
Our discussion forums have been redesigned and they're ready for use. I've set up a few discussion topics to kick things off, and we can set up many more.

We can talk about anything having to do with the 1800s, so if you've got something to say (or ask) about the Civil War, the railroads, or anything else from Lewis and Clark to the Spanish-American War, stop by and chime in. If you're a Civil War reenactor, tell us about it.

The software is pretty nifty, and the content can be created by the visitors to the site. The way I see it, we've been handed the keys to the telegraph office. So feel free to tap away and light up the wires.

It takes a minute to sign up with a user name, and if you have any problems or questions, drop me an email and I'll help you sort things out.
